“I found my way to Box Your Way Fit, as a way for me to engage in a physical mind/body activity with my 10-year-old daughter. As a divorced, middle aged mother, I wanted to find a way back to the sense of self and strength that I felt I had lost not only during the break up of my marriage but during the years spent in a relationship that did not feed this inner strength.
