A Gentle Note on the Evolution of My Work
Box Your Way Fit has been a space for growth, engaging with many of you in fun, dynamic and meaningful ways that expand self-mastery. Much of what lives here represents an important chapter of my journey — one rooted in awareness, personal responsibility, and conscious engagement with life.
As my work has continued to evolve, it has simplified.
I now offer my coaching services under my name, Estelle Bonaceto, as Consciousness Coaching — an integrated, presence-based approach that supports people in remembering their sacred power, dissolving resistance, and living from alignment.
While the language and structure of my offerings have changed, the essence has not.
This site will continue to hold my monthly blog and reflections, which remain an important part of my practice and expression. Boxing movement sessions are available on a limited basis. I still offer wellness groups and events, but reserve movement sessions for coaching clients.

I’m Estelle and if you’re looking for a traditional boxing experience, this is not the place for you. If, however, you’re ready to move out of a past story, take full responsibility for what shows up in your life, and CLAIM a more meaningful way of living, Welcome!
I’ve been offering boxing movement opportunities in combination with spiritual development practices as an alternative to traditional coaching and counseling for a long time now. There are many ways I may guide you toward developing empowered insights. I’m excited to share them with you. My blog posts highlight areas I may offer support to you. Wellness topics aim to bring attention to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit for a better understanding of health.

For over 15 years, I’ve offered my version of boxing to individuals and groups in Western Massachusetts. The greater goal always being to plant seeds that illuminate higher truths and bring authentic empowerment.
The path to freedom reminds us we are the observers of our experiences; helping us to remember who we are in all things. As the loving onlooker, protective armor comprises higher truths instead of ego defenses, and we are free of every indignity.
Services
A balanced practice of honoring all aspects of self includes physical awareness and compassionate observation of our inner and outer worlds. Coaching is offered to help you achieve greater self-awareness, acceptance, and mastery. Movement sessions are a great way to become embodied so you may make important energetic shifts.
Consciousness coaching and spiritual mentoring will lead you toward empowered lifestyle choices aligned with what you truly value.
