The Power of Belief How Healthcare Harms

The Power of Belief – How Healthcare Harms 101

Your mind and body are intricately linked. The power of belief is so strikingly significant to your wellness that it will be the catalyst for healing or the force that feeds cellular discord. Modern healthcare harms by focusing on diagnostic labeling, pathologizing, pill pushing, and fear-driven approaches to prevention and wellness.

There are many empowered ways to care for oneself that honor your energetic contribution to your good health. Sadly, greedy industries have steered the vast majority astray. People’s identities have become attached to specific diagnoses, and much of their energy is given away to conversations and attention to topics of health ailments, averting illness, and coping with psychological distress. A population unaware of how the power of their belief is contributing to the very things they wish to avert needs to remember who they are. Fortunately, anyone, at any point, may reclaim their co-creative power and steer their inner energy toward greater wellness and wholeness. (Read More: Mind Body Wellness: Beware of Illness Energy)

The Power of Belief – Accepting Pharmaceuticals as the New Normal

Information streams provide continuous programming that wires you toward illness focus and expectations. A desensitized population now accepts this incessant sensationalized sick talk as the new normal. Few, if any, question how insidiously poisoning the information stream of what’s wrong with you physically and emotionally is to your overall well-being: mind, body, and soul.

We are systematically programmed to accept messages of pathology, entertain illness mentality, and view side effects and potentially harmful adverse reactions of “medicine” that range from mild and uncomfortable to potentially life-threatening as a regular part of wellness. This has not happened overnight – it’s been years in the making.

The Power of Belief Accepting Pharmaceuticals as the New Normal

Our lives are now saturated with pharmaceutical commercials. They play between songs on your Pandora station, are repeated throughout every commercial break as you watch the game, are obnoxiously intermixed throughout your social media feed, and now play on a loop at major grocery stores. As I shop, I feel polluted by the barrage of endless ads wondering when it’s going to stop, but it doesn’t. I seek an acknowledging gaze from a fellow customer to validate this seemingly bizarre dystopian experience, a human moment where two people simultaneously think, ‘isn’t this fucked’ and find none.

Do they hear what I hear? When did it become okay to market medications that potentially cause worse conditions than that caused by the ailments? Why does that not spark outrage? Pharmaceuticals have highjacked the airways, and no one seems to care, notice or react. Habituation is defined as “a decrease in responsiveness to a stimulus when that stimulus is presented repeatedly or for a prolonged time.” Systematic Desensitization, once primarily used in Psychotherapy, is now a highly developed means of marketing and advertising – essentially, an effective tool to create a belief system that makes you a good consumer of pharmaceuticals and whatever else is ‘prescribed.’

I watch from a safe distance as the poison impairs even the most spiritually grounded individuals and whirls them into a sea of forgetfulness of who and what they are. If there were to be a mass remembering, a temporary glitch in the matrix, they might just be slapped awake! No longer dulled and lulled into a pharmaceutical stupor, believing they are the victims of phantom viruses, cancers, and ill minds, they’d become free to choose a new reality, a better, more natural, more beautiful normal.

Empowered Ways to Promote Good Health

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

Now before you get yourself jammed up with venom in response to these thoughts, I am not suggesting that you or loved ones do not or have not suffered from cancers, viruses, and many other very real challenging physical and psychological ailments. Some of which may be managed or alleviated by modern medicine. Okay. Solidly stand in your knowing that you alone, ultimately, are in charge of what you energetically feed your vessel. When you PAUSE, you can hear what your body is telling you. By looking in, not out, you’ll come to know what weakens you and what truly supports your health and well-being.

Does the Energy of Your Thoughts and Focus About Your Health Support or Weaken You? Do Your Healthcare Providers Support Your Self Knowledge and Trust That You Are the Expert in Your Experience?

Any wellness, prevention, or treatment practice, whether it be testing, taking a vaccine, beginning a pharmaceutical, or taking an all-natural route, needs to FEEL in personal alignment with what is right and true for YOU. If questions about your medical care are met dismissively, invalidate your knowledge or experience, or if there is an urgent shutting down of conversation, doesn’t that mean there is power in those questions? The expert is YOU. A diagnostic label does not equate to a personalized treatment or ‘dose.’ You can choose how much or how little participation and adherence to healthcare recommendations are right for you.

A Few Tips to Positively Support the Power of Belief and Promote Good Health

  • Recognize and Affirm that the power exists within you for self-healing.
  • There are many ways in which you can promote good health that your doctor or prescriber knows nothing about. Allow yourself to entertain and believe in alternatives to your WellCare needs. Explore options with an open mind and begin to develop your self-trust! Let the power of your belief work for you instead of against you.
  • Remember that any thought or belief that brings forth inner distress weakens and does not support your desired outcome or higher good. Patiently and compassionately shift your focus toward thoughts of your wellness, abundance and gratitude.
  • When we believe what we feed ourselves vibrationally through actual food, natural vs. synthetic medicine, thought, or environmental conditions directly affect our overall health, we begin to make more empowered choices.
  • Your WellCare needs to honor the wholeness of all that you are.
  • You can align with something of greater truth within yourself instead of allowing outside influences to lead you toward fear, lack, pathology, and belief in your brokenness. Fear sells, and empowered people, aware and in command of their creative powers, don’t make good consumers.

The Power of Belief – All is Energy!

What are you being ‘fed’ and why? How To Assess: What is a Credible Source? Beliefs are personal extensions of yourself and will help to magnetize the ‘stuff’ of your experiences.

Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you. When you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.

Choose to emanate your highest self and ideals with focus and attention instead of allowing outside agendas to lead your focus toward negative expectations of ill health. Clear your view by pivoting away from what you see wrong in the world and what you see wrong in yourself and others, and believe in your ability to connect to the sensitivity within your body as a means to know how to heal and be well.
